I get route warnings whenever I try to plan a trip in Canada. The route warning is vague and will not say what the specific warning is for? No warnings exist on the US side of the border, just in Canada?
Ah, that’s because RV GPS is currently only available for routes within the U.S. If part of your trip goes outside the U.S., RV-friendly routing won’t apply to that section, which is why you’re seeing the Route Warnings message.
To work around this, you could add a waypoint at the border. That way, the U.S. section of your trip can still use RV routing, and the warning message shouldn’t appear for that part of the route.
Yes, I can always see everything on my trip is OK up until I cross back over into Canada. Just always a bit concerning if there was ever something else I need to watch for.
