I will be staying at Big Meadows Camp ground. I am wanting to go down the Blue Ridge park way all the way to the Smokey mountain National park. I can not get the planer to put me on the blue ridge parkway. How?
So long as that section of parkway is open, you should be able to drag and drop your route to travel along the BRPW. We’ve got a guide detailing how to do this here: Quickly Customize a Trips Route
