# Is it possible to reverse a trip?

I have a long trip with a lot of stops that I now want to plan in reverse. Is there an easy way to do that?

Yep! You can reverse your trip by following the steps below. One thing to keep in mind is that if you have dates applied to your trip, they will be cleared when you reverse it.

You may find it helpful to [make a copy of your trip](https://support.roadtrippers.com/hc/en-us/articles/360028482032-Duplicate-Trip) first, and then reverse the copy so that you keep your original trip intact.

1. Load your trip on the map.
2. Scroll along the trip planner banner.
3. Select the ⋮ **More** button.
4. Select the Reverse Trip button.
5. You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to proceed.
6. After confirming, your trip will be reversed.

Awesome! I never scrolled that whole banner! (there are actually many banners, so I had to try the one with icons, and even randomly around the top of the webpage before I realized I could scroll the one you pointed out)
